Balux Capital Henrik has over 20 years property financing experience and has been directly responsible for more than $15bill property financings by way of a diverse range of financial instruments. He is also on the board of a Norwegian family office with a real estate portfolio value in excess of $750mill, where Henrik also acts as a supervisory board member of the hotel chain operating company. Henrik has been a managing director of Aareal Bank AG, where he was directly responsible for a property portfolio of EUR 5 billion and had joined responsibility for the Groups global hotel financing business with a team of 30 people. Henrik also has extensive high yield debt, convertibles and equities experiences in the real estate sector. Henrik is a German national, married with 2 children and loves good food, wine and cultural experiences. |

Advisory Board, Balux Capital Alain Dupuis has significant Asian business experience having spend nearly 10 years with Compass Group PLC, in the latter part as CEO of their Eastern hemisphere operations that included China, India and South East Asia. Alain joined Compass through the acquisition of Eurest by Compass in Sept 2005 for GBP900million. Alain had been the CEO of Eurest and negotiated the deal. In his earlier career, Alain also worked with Accor Group as CEO of a restaurant chain. Alain also owns large property development and construction businesses, primarily in Cambodia and Thailand and has deep experiences in the property and hotel construction sector. Alain Dupuis is a Belgian citizen; he speaks 5 languages and is married with 2 children. He enjoys tennis, field hockey, boating and skiing. |
